Looks wise it is one of the best, clean lines and minimal. The seat and lid are not good quality, not very comfortable or secure feeling to sit on (the plastic is too thin and flexible) and scratches very easily. The front rim of the toilet does not seem to get wet when flushed but somehow collects limescale.
I would say the extra gasket (not included) is essential if using on a tiled wall. Other issues are that the finish on the back of the bowl is not great, covered yes, but this is wall hung and so presses against this side making for a very nervous time as it "beds in". The size of this toilet exacerbates the problem. I understand that water is a precious resource but having to flush 2, 3 or even 4 flushes means using much more water than one proper size flush. Even a single sheet of toilet tissue can take two flushes. The problem is this is a big toilet and the maximum flush currently available from any grohe cistern (I picked the biggest I could get and have set it to maximum amount of water) is not enough to effectively flush this bowl. I bought this and paired it with a top of the line grohe rapid XL concealed cistern. Very happy with them and I will return for more. Delivery was quick and everything I got was as it should be in original packing etc. Stylish but fundamentally flawed First things first, QS were, by some margin as I recall, the best value suppliers for this.
